Remote or on-site working

We are happy to travel across Kent and to London but if you don’t have the facilities for a bookkeeper to work at your premises it’s not a problem, you can send all your paperwork to us on a regular schedule using our pre-paid Business Reply Envelope service.

We use reputable online software and systems from Xero and Sage (see more below) to manage your bookkeeping so that you can see where you are financially at anytime from anywhere.

Software and systems

We work closely with our clients' accountants, producing accounts in the format best suited to your business and your accountants needs in order to save you time and money.  We are effective in getting your accounts organized and prepared, ready to hand over to your accountant at financial year end.

To do this we use Xero Accounting Software, an on-line service which allows you to share access to your accounts with your team, your accountant and your bookkeeper.   Engage Digit Kent to run your bookkeeping and you can have access to your Xero Accounts from anywhere at any time to see where you are financially.

Accounts can also be kept on Sage 50 Accounts.  As a Sage Partner and accredited Sage trainer, Digit Kent can advise on which version of Sage is most suitable for your business whatever stage you are at.

Both Xero and Sage are recognised and supported by a large number of accountants. Using these systems to keep your bookkeeping records and then to submit your data accurately and painlessly to your accountant at year end can save you time and money.
